FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE IS A DECISION, NOT A DREAM.

It was not many years ago that with a little hard work and careful budgeting, most families could realize their dreams of buying their own home, sending their children to college or retiring in a relative comfort.

But in the blink of a generation, the financial landscape changed dramatically for today’s families. Skyrocketing costs, mountains of debt and lack of savings have forced families to downsize or even eliminate their dreams—to settle for far less than their counterparts a quarter of a century ago.

Each month, families find themselves walking in a financial tightrope, hoping to stretch their income just far enough to cover expenses, and to avoid that one false step - a pink slip or a medical crisis - that could send them plummeting into ruin.

We could be well-educated or an expert in our field - a teacher, a lawyer, a doctor, an engineer, a manager, an executive, a business owner, or an OFW, but we could also be financially illiterate.

Knowing how money works is totally a different world.
It is not taught in schools…or talked about at home.
Most of what we know about money comes from friends & people who don’t have money themselves - and so, they teach us from their financial ignorance.

We all have different jobs, careers, and businesses.
